Can you believe it?
It has officially been one decade since The Excellence Habit hit the shelves.
It’s wild looking back. The awards, the best-seller lists, meeting so many of you at events… it was a dream come true. Seriously, thank you for riding with me.
But can I be 100% honest with you?
The guy who wrote that book 10 years ago is a different person today.
Back then, I was obsessed with the foundation. The principles. The mindsets that drive excellence. And don’t get me wrong, that stuff matters.
But over the last ten years—through the ups, the downs, and a whole lot of trial and error—I realized I was missing half the equation.
I mastered the foundation game, but I was ignoring the engine running the whole show.
So, I’m going back to the lab.
I am super pumped to announce that I am officially working on a new draft. I’m calling it:
The Excellence Habit 2.0 — The Quest for Inner Excellence.
This isn't just a rewrite. It’s the upgrade I didn’t know I needed. We are moving from just doing excellent work to actually feeling excellent while we do it. Less burnout, more flow. Less pressure, more peace.
I’m currently deep in the writing cave, dissecting everything I’ve learned about the psychology of performance and the "inner game."
